We are committed to delivering the Products to you or to Storage (if required) promptly upon completion of payment and as specified on the order form, but no later than 20 working days unless explicitly agreed upon. Our obligations commence upon receiving cleared funds for Products and valid Anti-Money Laundering documentation as specified on the order form. If specific prices are agreed, they are upheld only upon receiving cleared funds on the same day the order form is signed and received by us.

INVESTMENT ADVICE

We are not authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide advice comparing precious metals with regulated investments or on potential tax implications. If you require investment or tax advice, you must rely on your own financial, tax, and/or accounting advisers.

DELIVERY

1. A) Products will be delivered by a courier chosen by us to the delivery address specified on the order form.
2. B) Ownership of the Products transfers to you upon Delivery, provided full payment has been received.
3. C) Delivery costs are your responsibility unless explicitly stated and agreed upon by us. We strive to arrange delivery within 14 working days of receiving cleared funds for the Purchase Price.
4. D) Delivery may occur in separate instalments.
5. E) We are not liable for any losses due to delivery delays, nor does such delay entitle you to terminate the Contract unless exceeding 28 days after our committed delivery date.

STORAGE SERVICES

1. A) You have the option to place Products into allocated and segregated Storage, arranged by us on your behalf.
2. B) Storage charges depend on the purchased Products and are outlined in the Storage Agreement between the Parties.
3. C) Storage conditions are detailed in the Storage Agreement and form part of this Contract.

RISK/TITLE

1. A) Products are at your risk upon Delivery.
2. B) Ownership does not transfer until we receive full payment for the Products.

QUALITY

1. A) We warrant that the Products conform to their description as outlined on the order form.
2. B) We are not liable for breaches of warranty unless delivery occurs at our offices and the Products are proven counterfeit or not conforming to their description upon delivery.
3. C) If Products do not conform to the warranty, we may replace them or refund the Purchase Price, provided you return the Products at our expense.
4. D) Upon compliance with clause 8C, we have no further liability for warranty breaches.

BUY BACK GUARANTEE

1. A) Upon completion of a metal sale form, we are obligated to repurchase your metals. We do not guarantee the buy-back rate or price.

LIABILITY

1. A) Our liability is limited to the Purchase Price, except for liabilities we cannot exclude in law.

CANCELLATION

1. A) You have no statutory right to cancel the contract or return Products due to fluctuations in precious metal prices.

TERMINATION

1. A) You may terminate your order before dispatch. A termination fee of 20% of the Purchase Price applies, plus a charge based on any adverse movement in the underlying metal price.

GENERAL

1. A) If any provision of this Contract is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
2. B) Our waiver of your breach does not affect subsequent breaches or other terms of this Contract.
3. C) This Contract is not enforceable by any third party.
4. D) This Contract is governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

COMMUNICATIONS

14.1 All communications about this Contract shall be in writing and delivered by hand or sent by prepaid first-class post.

14.2 Communications shall be deemed received two days after posting or on the day of delivery, if by hand.
